Indications

Dose:

Adults: Take one capsule 2 - 3 times daily.

Ingredients:

Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Valerian root & rhizome 5:1 extract DHE: 700 mg from Valeriana officinalis root & rhizome
140 mg
Passion Flower herb 5:1 extract DHE: 500 mg from Passiflora incarnata herb
100 mg
Spiny Jujube seed 10:1 extract DHE: 900 mg from Zizyphus Spinosa seed
90 mg

Excipients

Calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, colloidal anhydrous silica, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glycollate.

Warning:

  • Valerian may very rarely cause overstimulation in some individuals
