• Mexican Valerian is traditionally used in Mexican herbal medicine to relieve nervous tension.
• According to traditional use, this product may help to:
  • Reduce the symptoms associated with mild anxiety
  • Relieve sleeplessness and reduce disturbed sleep
  • Reduce restlessness
• No added gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, corn, egg, or sesame seeds

Dose:

• 1 tablet 2 - 3 times daily

Ingredients:

Valeriana edulis (Mexican valerian) extract 2 mL
equiv. dry (root & rhizome) 1 g
