Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 605 mg
Equivalent Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 500 mg
Zinc amino acid chelate (Meta Zn®- Zinc bisglycinate) 125 mg
Equivalent Zinc 25 mg
Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (Vitamin B6) 10 mg
Betacarotene 2.0 mg
Colecalciferol 12.5 micrograms
Equivalent Vitamin D3 500 IU
Excipients

Acacia, Citric acid, Colloidal anhydrous silica, D-alpha-tocopherol, Flavour, Hypromellose, Liquid Glucose, Maize starch, Maltodextrin, Medium chain triglycerides, Potassium citrate, Silicon dioxide, Sodium ascorbate, Starch sodium octenyl succinate, Steviol glycosides, Sucrose, and Tartaric acid.

Dosage
  • Adults and children over 14 years: Acute: ½ a metric teaspoon (1.9 g) in 200 mL water twice daily with food; Maintenance: ½ a metric teaspoon (1.9 g) in 200 mL water once daily with food
  • Children 4 - 8 years: Acute: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water once daily with food
  • Children 9 - 13 years: Acute: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water twice daily with food; Maintenance: ¼ metric teaspoon (0.95 g) in 100 mL water once daily with food
